IGN: "In about 24 hours or so, you're going to be able to walk the docks of Empire City, the burg that Cole inadvertently blew up in Infamous. Sure, you could already kind of do that in the game itself, but this time, you'll be wandering the docks in PlayStation Home as the avatar you've whipped up.
Not intrigued yet? Well, there are also a mini-games, graffiti creation, and story-expanding tidbits.
Yup, there's a lot going on in this new Homespace, and Sony was nice enough to invite me over to see just what it all meant. Starting sometime after the explosion that gave Cole his electricity-based super-powers, this dock setting has seen better days. There's rubble on the wood, a beached ship, some strewn about shipping containers, and a whole lot of filth that we usually don't see in our super-clean Home areas. Clearly, Sony's trying to pull you back into the world that Sucker Punch has created."

"Aiding that goal is a payphone that is yours to use. Now, in Infamous, you usually just drained these devices for juice, but here you'll actually punch in numbers and begin to get a bit more detail on the story many of us know so well. These are new audio clips that are meant to expand the mythos, but to get them, you'll need to have a keen eye and find the phone numbers scrawled all over the Infamous space.
As you explore the Infamous space with it's boarded-up windows and red brick walls, you're going to see a lot of junk on those walls. The junk includes Cole and Reaper posters, quotes about powers that occasionally popped up while you played, and special graffiti tags."
