News - 'Rumor: Next God of War to be in modern times'

For those of you who are unaware, before the release of the epic God of War 3, a collection was released that included upgraded versions of both God of War 1 and 2 for the PS3. Well, now it seems like a hidden video has been found on the collection (you'll get it after you beat the game on the hardest mode), one that could very well be an introduction to the next God of War (see the video here: link).
According to this video, the next game in the God of War franchise will take place in modern times. If you think back to a few months ago, Santa Monica Studio (the developer of God of War 3) said that while Kratos' run as the god of war will be ending, the franchise will continue with a different hero (link), so this could very well be true.
Now that this rumor seems convincing, we've got some bad news for you (which was brought up by MovieStinger.com). [The rest of this paragraph contains God of War 3 spoilers]. The video states that the titan Chronos lived for another 1000 years after when God of War 3 took place. This is odd since you actually take down and kill Chronos in the game (although the video mentions he has a hole in his head, exactly where you stabbed in him God of War 3).

ok lets get this straight here that video i seen bunches of times all it says is that they found the the body who cares i mean get the real facts, athena turned bad and u see a blood trail at the end and the last two seconds u see kratos jump on an island and we never even got to see kratos' brother i mean come on
