Advertising

When advertising on KingPS3.com, you realize that there is no certain amount of clicks to your advertised site that we promise for you to receive. When you sign up and get accepted to advertise on here, you get a one month (30 days) period for your site's advertisement to remain on your selected location on the site. If our site is to shut down in the duration of your period, you will receive a full refund of your price paid. No refund is available if you wish to simply quit advertising in the duration of your period.

Affiliating

When affiliating on KingPS3.com, you realize that there is no certain amount of clicks to your site that we promise for you to receive. If you wish for your site affiliation to remain on our site, you must keep our site affiliation on your site in the location you first told us you would keep it. If our affiliation is found missing off your site, your affiliation will be taken off our site immediately. As long as our affiliation is found on your site in the correct location, yours will remain on our site. We will give you a notice if we have chosen to remove your site affiliation.

Your Account

After registering to the site, you will receive your own account and profile. You can change account details and profile information by clicking on 'My Account' and/or 'Edit Profile' on the top of the site. All information on your profile will be posted on the site in some way or another, however, all details on your account will not be sold, traded, given away, or posted on the site. It's private information that belongs to you and we respect that. Along with getting your own account and profile when you register, you are also given a chance to earn PS Points. You can learn more about them here. We have the right to change these points at our will at any time without prior notice or permission (don't worry though, we aren't jerks).

Submitting Content

When submitting content to the site, you agree that all works in the piece of content belong to you. This excludes submitting screenshots and game videos which can be from YouTube, GameTrailers, etc. but must have a link to site, therefore, giving the real owners credit. If you submit a news piece from another site, include the site's URL in the 'Source' box and put all contents of the new piece in quotations with the site's name before (example: KingPS3.com: "content"). Any content that violates this will be deleted immediately and you will be warned, or in some cases, banned.

Disclaimer

Users have the ability to submit various types of content related to the PS3. The user who submitted the content is responsible for that content. If you own a copyright to a selected piece of content that has been submitted without your permission, please email us at Copyright•@•KingPS3.com with any evidence (copyright information, etc.) that the content is yours and we will remove it from the site along with giving the user a warning, or in some cases, a ban.
